Fall Downtown is all about community connection and free seasonal fun! As a government or nonprofit organization, you’re invited to host a no-cost, family-friendly activity during the event. We’ve brainstormed a few fun ideas to help get you started: feel free to choose from our list or suggest something original! To avoid overlapping activities, participation is first-come, first-served. Once you submit this form, your organization and selected activity will be added to the Fall Downtown Vendor Landing Page, which is updated in real time. This allows others to see what activities are already claimed. If your first-choice activity is still available, it will be visible where you accessed this form. PRIZES ARE NOT REQUIRED BUT ENCOURAGED: Whether it is a pencil, coupon, or candy, a small prize for attendees is always encouraged but never required.
