Where: Resources provided include not only Geary County, but resources available through regional and state programs.
Why: Provide a strategic alignment of a variety of public and private efforts to foster entrepreneurship in innovative and creative ways.
How: Allowing a small business to become a part of a successful entrepreneurial ecosystem.
