Thank you for your interest in signing up for JC Main Street’s Cups of Culture! We’re excited to have you join us for this special event.
In celebration of America’s 250th anniversary, this year’s Cups of Culture will highlight the flavors of the United States. Rather than featuring international countries, participating businesses will represent individual U.S. states, creating a coast-to-coast tasting experience that celebrates American cuisine and culture.
Cups of Culture is a shop small initiative designed to boost exposure for downtown businesses, increase foot traffic, and encourage attendees to explore, shop, and spend locally throughout the Main Street district. Our goal is to create a fun, high-energy evening that directly supports our small business community.
Please note that this event marks the first Cups of Culture in which Junction City Main Street will not provide alcohol, discounts, or financial stipends to participating businesses. Participation is voluntary and self-supported.
Each participating business is responsible for providing:
• 120 samples of one small food item
• 120 drink samples (alcoholic or non-alcoholic)
Each attendee will receive a 1 oz pour of each beverage sample.
To ensure a high-quality experience, participation is limited to 15 businesses. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

2026 Cups of Culture Business Signup
Main Street District businesses are invited to sign up for Cups of Culture: Great American Sip Trip 2026- a special evening of sipping, strolling, and shopping in celebration of America’s 250th anniversary! This year’s event transforms downtown into a coast-to-coast tasting tour, highlighting the flavors and traditions of the United States. Participating businesses will represent a U.S. state by offering a 1 oz beverage sample (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) paired with a small appetizer or finger food inspired by that state. Businesses are encouraged to decorate their storefronts to reflect their chosen destination and bring their state’s personality to life. This milestone celebration is a unique opportunity for sales, exposure, and community pride as we honor 250 years of American culture right here on Main Street. We can’t wait to see downtown come alive for a vibrant and memorable evening!
