Rea of Sunshine: Helping Downtown Bloom One Bouquet at a Time

Located at 626 N. Washington Street, Rea of Sunshine is more than just a flower shop, it’s a business rooted in community, creativity, and kindness.

Managing Partner, Brittney welcomed our team into her shop for a hands-on floral arranging class, where each of us created our own bud vase arrangement while learning about the passion and purpose behind Rea of Sunshine. It was the perfect reminder that flowers have a unique way of bringing people together and celebrating life’s special moments.

During our visit, Brittney also shared several exciting updates happening at the shop. Through the end of July, Rea of Sunshine is offering free delivery to Fort Riley, along with free local delivery for families of deployed service members, a meaningful way to support the military families that make our community so special.

Looking ahead, Rea of Sunshine is preparing to launch its new Bloom Bar, a mobile floral cart that will bring flowers to pop-up events, workshops, and community gatherings throughout Junction City. The shop is also expanding its selection of gifts, creating even more reasons to stop in and shop local.

We’re grateful to have businesses like Rea of Sunshine investing in downtown Junction City while creating thoughtful ways to serve our community. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, welcoming a new baby, or simply wanting to brighten someone’s day, Rea of Sunshine is ready to help.

Thank you, Brittney, for hosting our HYPE Team and for helping downtown Junction City continue to bloom.
