9th Street District JC Statue

Following the January 16 Martin Luther King (MLK) Celebration in the CL Hoover Opera House, the annual march led to the unveiling of JC Statue #4 at the corner of 9th and Washington Streets.  Academy Award winner for film making, Professor Kevin Willmott, provided the historical information to his son, William Willmott, who was the muralist.
